Loudest aftermarket jato pipe?

Could i get some opinions on what the loudest pipe for the jato is, and also what pipe performs the best.

Had a rear mounted pipe come off when bashing, so load when trying to pinch the line it hurt my ears. ha
i dont recommend it

The trinity pipe is probably the loudest pipe you can get.

bu it isnt meant for the Jato, its made for the Revo.

Loud doesn't necessarily mean more performance. I'm not sure you'd want a loud pipe, I know that if my car was any louder I would feel bad running it around in my neighborhood even in the middle of the day. If more and more people get annoyed with loud pipes then they will start complaining and the law will start cracking down on nitro R/C. I know it doesn't seem like it would, but dirt bikes are in the same position right now, loud exhausts are killing the sport.

The tuned pipe itself can easily be mounted on the Jato.

drill out the stinger of a resonator makes it some louder.

about the open header thing...son's rusty hit the mail box sideways, knocked the coupler and muffler off the header and it sounder horrible like it was wounded ...

was loud though

I'm using a revo single chamber tuned pipe on my jato, its for the same motor so if your good at costomizing it will work.

i also found that the traxxas exhaust deflector gives my resonator a really nice sounding tune and seems slightly louder

i want this thing as loud as possible, i want to be loud and annoying, its fun :P, if i can get a bit of better performance too, even better, right now i looking at this http://www.rcsuperstore.com/product_p/tra5485.htm

i really suggest against this... all ur gonna do is upset people... and in turn, they will complain... and then alll the good runnin places, won't let u run there cause u already upset to many people..... then the next guy tries to run there... and he can't because of the problems u created...
just my 2 cents.. and the pipe u r lookin at is a dual chamber pipe....

I agree with Forbes, you do not want to upset people in the areas you run. I used to be able to run a new neighborhood that was under construction, until a guy with a Savage would go out and run at all hours of the night. I showed up at 1 PM on a Saturday and was asked by the neighborhood association not to come back. Pretty sad. Also I am running the Traxxas dual chamber pipe and I have had complaints from my immediate neighbors in the middle of the afternoon. I basicly have talked to all my neighbors and came up with an agreement that I can run from 8AM -8PM and I agreed that if asked to stop running for a valid reason that i would. This has helped thus far and now most most of my neighbors are pretty cool about it as I approached them firts. Try to be mindful of others or it can make starting and running your truck an automatic hassle from everyone...

I agree with Forbes and the others who are advising against the louder pipe. Although I like nitro and the sound to a degree, I wish my R/C cars were quieter. Anywhere other than the local track, I'm looking around to see if people are outside and enjoying a peaceful day before I fire up a nitro. If they are, I go somewhere else and let them have their peace.

You may not want the attention a louder pipe will get you.

Rok, if you want some honest insight and help with building your jato please feel free to keep asking questions. If you are just going to get on this forum just to be disrespectful, please dont bother signing in. We are just trying to give you our personal advice from what we have all had to learn from and work with in regards to our Jato's. Our advice is soly that and intended to help each other out in the sport of Nitro RC car racing. So please refrain from the disrespectful comments. Thanks.

i asked for some loudest and best pipe opinions, not a lecture on how to be a good boy, thx to all who gave great advice on what pipes kick butt, and this guy can have his 2 cents back cause i dont want it :P

nobody resorted to disrespect... except u...
as i recall u have asked for list of parts to build one from scratch... instead of being told to go to the parts list in the manual section..
there were a few who actually posted...
now with u being a new member... and being the one who are askin us questions.... thats not a way to get lots of info .....
we tryin to protect our hobby from being ruined .... it benifits u in the long run too

You also got your question answered for wich pipe is the loudest.

Absolutely and i said ty, i appreciate the help, im a noob when it comes to jato's so i dont even know what stock sounds like since i never had one, so im trying ot learn as much as i can, but the sound and speed it what attracted me to jato's, i shouldnt be downplayed, if you dont want sound, go electric.

And I would say into the thing about neighbors being "cool", my neighbors are really cool. When I'm running my jato, some people stop and ask after seeing it run and when I'm refueling come by and ask about it. And say wo that thing really "flies". If they have the time I tell them about it. One people have said "wo, thats what I should get my son for his birthday".

And I have a single chamber resonator and it gives good power and noise(not upsetting the neighbors^)

In a single chamber there is a "straight shot from the header through the pipe through the exhaust tip, in a double chamber there is a break and 2 chambers where the exhaust passes through(prety straight-forward

). You know what a chamber is right?, it means basically the same thing in an exhaust pipe. Atleast thats my understanding from just my comon-sense standpoint.

single chamber got more on Low - Mid range power, and the double has more top end speed.
most the louded pipe is single like the "Outlaw"

single meens one and double meens two, didnt the count teach you that when you were a kid? or are you still a kid (it seem to be that way with how disrespectfull you are) do you have a 1.6 honda civic with a fart can you can kick a soccer ball in too? cuz that makes them really fast! because we all know louder is faster

i see that he (roc) is starting off on the wrong side like i did,these guys are good with ideas and helped me alot, so (roc if you want some good pointers about the rc game just man up to these guys cause we all on this site need help from everyone.
