Common Abbreviations

Just wanted to make a list of common abbreviations seen on here for people who may not know. I got the idea from the "noob" thread so credit goes to Mr. Mukai for sparking my interest. Feel free to add any you might have, just label them for Nitro, Electric, General, or stuff thats non-rc related (call it Other).

General:
RC- Remote Control or Radio Control
TX- Transmitter
RX- Receiver
WOT- Wide Open Throttle
EPA- End Point Adjustment (for higher end transmitters)
D/R- Dual Rate (another transmitter thing)
LHS- Local Hobby Shop
CVD- Constant Velocity Drive
FLM- Fast Lane Machine
UE- Unlimited Engineering
STRC- ST Racing Concepts

Electric:
ESC- Electronic Speed Control
BEC- Battery Eliminator Circuitry
MM- Mamba Max
MMM- Mamba Monster Max
CC- Castle Creations

Nitro:
TDC- Top Dead Center
BDC- Bottom Dead Center
CB- Clutchbell
SG- Need some help on this one all I've found says Pilot Shaft
HSN- High Speed Needle
LSN- Low Speed Needle

Other:
LOL- Laugh Out Loud
ROTFL- Rolling On The Floor Laughing
TTT- To The Top
IMO- In My Opinion
IMHO- In My Honest Opinion
PM- Private Message
YGPM- You Got PM

SG - Spur Gear?

Not sure what context it was being used.

I meant SG shaft, as in motors having either a threaded shaft or the SG type. I have never heard sg used as spur gear just because its easy enough just to say spur. I know what it is, just not where the abbreviation itself comes from.

Also on a side note. I would appreciate people not just making things up just to have an abbreviation. I am only concerned with the ones you see here, not every abbreviation that your teenage daughter might know.

SMC- Not an abbreviation, also makes batteries but is a completely different company than SPC.

Fact of the matter is, around here, everyone uses SG, for spur gear. Whether or not that is what you were looking for, that is what it is used for, which isnt why this thread was started??
PS= pull start
IDK= I dont know
IDC=I dont care
ABC (engine)= aluminum, brass, chrome
P/S= (notice the slash/) piston and sleeve

I won't name names, but it seems also alot of the big RC companies have abbreviated names as well.

IIRC = if I recall correctly

mAh = milliamp hour

C = discharge rating

s = the number of cells in series in a lithium polymer battery pack

p = the number of cells in parallel in a lithium polymer battery pack
