Hey, if the 4908 diffs fit, I would go with the E-Maxx 3905 diffs as it sounds like they are just a little stronger.

They are interchangeable if you are using the stock plastic drive shafts....

Troutfisher is right. They are if you are using the slider shafts. If you are using CVDs or Dogbones at all, they are not. This is because the output shaft where the yoke attaches is a different length. With the stock slider shafts, it doesn't matter as they will slide the difference and you wouldn't even realize there was a difference. But CVDs are a fixed length, so that difference will matter.

it depends on the company chassis you get. i have a acncm axtended chassis i put the 4908 diffs in and the extended shaft fits fine with plenty left in the cups.

Sorry to jump aboard but I have a question. I have a 2.5, but upgraded to 3.3 axle shafts, knuckles and turn buckles. I am using RDLOGIC CVD 2.5 centers but RDLOGIC 3.3 axle shafts. Does this mean I wont be able to upgrade to a 3.3 diff on the rear? How about the front?
