That wall plug reminds me of the dad's wall plug in the movie "A Christmas Story" when he's plugging the Christmas tree in.

It reminds me more of when he was plugging in "the leg"!

Nice power supplies. You can buy that particular stand at Wal Mart. They have a huge selection of them. Various sizes and shapes. Not only Wal Mart but, most grocery stores carry them also. I would look at most strip centers also. Some moving companies have them also.

How do you like those b6 Chargers?

I got one a week ago, it works good, but I took it apart and noticed some bad solder on a chip, its getting hot when I put a battery on the charger so I am going to get the engineers at work to poke at it, see if we can replace it

these are actually the mystery branded ones from dealextreme.com for $45 USD shipped

they aren't top of the line by any means, but i think they're worth the price, i wouldn't have 3 of them (purchasing a 4th soon) if i didn't think they were reasonable

Yea I bought one of Ebay for $10 from Hong Kong - I have not tested the bLipo balacing plugs yet, but so far it does a great job charging the NiMH batteries I have

I am just concerned with the issue I have on the circuitboard inside

Well the electronics guys here at work fixed it up right. Just some very poor soldering and they cleaned it all up nice. Best of all it still works like a charm

How do you like using those PC power supplies t3rry to power the chargers?

they are really good for running 2 chargers, i tried 3 and it gave me a low input power error, they're a bit of work to get them working right, and some just plain old wont work, but for the price (free, we have an electronics recycling thing at work, and i manage it, so i can grab the odd PS from a dead PC) they work fine... just not very portable.

Awesome. I have a few old PC power supplies kicking around at home, I might set one up for my Mystery B6 Charger for home use only, and maybe put one at the trailer since I use my Rustler up there alot also. I had a space Power brick here at work rated 15volts/3.3Amps - it works great, but I won't run my charger higher than 2amps off it.

How is balancing off the Mystery Chargers? now that I have a charger that can do Lipo I am tempted to get a lipo - maybe a ***** ********* or something

i have the 5k 2s from *********, it's only like $30, good punch, decent runtime, only negative is it's too wide for the stock battery tray (which is fine for my flm truck) so you'd have to shave down the side walls of the battery tray. otherwise the 4k should fit stock, (i have no personal experience with this)
