    My backyard Slash track!

    I was a little bored so I figured I would show you guys my little backyard practice track! Helps a lot to get my spec truck set up for the races!

    awesome vid. in the end your brother didnt need to go flip his truck back on its wheels. you could've just drove over to it and fliped it back up. LOL thats what i do with my friends. haha.

    Yeah we do that often as well there is actually a part in the video that shows me flipping his back upright!

    Concord NC, if anyone is ever in the area hit me up on here and come play I need some competition!

    I have honestly thought of building a track about twice the size and having a couple of small local races. But I think it will be more trouble then it is worth! I raced motocross for long time when I was younger so I love thinking up new track designs. I change mine avery couple of months!

    I think that track is plenty big enough for slash's. Kinda wish you lived a little closer LOL im in Nashville TN area. Nice setup though. I have been thinking about doing something like that, Figured it would cost hella though. Plus i figured rain would wash all my hard work away. Do u have those problems?

    The rain really isn't a problem with this type of dirt. I built the jumps out of red clay so I wouldn't have that problem! My biggest issue is the grass as you can see. You would be surprised how much grass killer I spray and it just keeps coming up! It would be pretty expensive to do this without the help of my Dad's business (Grading/Excavating Company) which I work for! For me hauling in the dirt and equipment to move it is not a problem, luckily!

    I race 1/8 scale buggies as well that is why I made the jumps into tripples and what not becuase my RC8 handles that with ease. If I get a good enough run out of the turn before the middle rythm section I can take out the entire section in one jump, gotta love brushless power!

    That made me wish there were a track around here to run at. Nearest one for me is like 100 miles away.

    Looks amazingly fun man, biggest thing is just having someone to run with. I don't even have that.
