Those cells aren't solder together? When I remove the wrap the cells just come out? Can I just tape it back up when I put the new cell in? Promatch is out of their 4600 who else sells these cells?

The cells are either soldered or spot welded together depending on what type of pack it is. I would suggest finding the bad cell and removing it converting the pack from a 7 cell to a 6 cell pack. If you put a new cell in it will be very miss matched to the other cells in the pack and it will never be the same.

It's a promatch....one of the cells has some discoloring....when I was charging it it only went to 8.8v on my onyx 240...I need 2 7cell packs as it's for my brushless boat...not my slash...also the pack got real hot!!

I would also run it with 7 and 6 cells. It will be a bit slower than 14 cells. If it's soldered then it needs to be desoldered. If it's spot welded then it can be pulled off with pliers. I wouldn't replace the cell unless you had another used one because the rest of the pack may also be somewhat damaged.
