I'm gonna make my own track soon near the back part of my yard in the corner a small one like 19 x 20 feet for my Slash and I have a pretty big backyard but my Mom wont let me use it she says it would turn to a disaster but my dad totally so I'm gonna do it in that small corner I got a lot of inspiration from this I'm gonna make small jumps And use Pipeline tubes to like underline the track
Edit: I live in florida so I don't think there is any tracks here
hey guys, not sure if this counts as my track, here are some pictures and a video of the canyon behind my house.
the path from the street to the canyon. two paths, one straight, one has 6 or 7 switchbacks.
overlooking the big hill climb, little jump (lower right corner), and the side berms.
tabletop and a kicker jump. I didn't build them, just there...
view overlooking the table top and kicker and side berms
the sides of the hills are covered with these side berms. I can normally hit as many as I can see for, usually get caught on bushes because of bad angles... I need a FPV kit badly!!!!!!
picture of the 90% point of a smaller hill climb
I almost consider this to be a track because it normally takes me an hour (2-3 packs to get thru it all lol)

I have started building a track in my backyard. Started by cutting the grass real short and I have been trying to run it in some using my 2wd Slash and the Yeti XL. Plan to outline it with drain tubing.
I have since cut the track again with the mower dropped all the way down so the lanes are a little more distinct. Now if the darn rains quits and it dries out a little so I can work on it some more.
Pro-Slash track in the Binghamton, NY area (Endwell Track on F.B.)
We run just for fun on the weekends. The track is tucked away and has a beautiful dirt/clay surface.

Lock, Stomp, and Steer. No Fear
Just need to get some dirt in is all. Yea for killing the grass off I mowed low as possible with a push mower, then bought a blade for it called a thatching or dethatching blade. It has prongs that reach downwards to scrub the ground. Used that pretty intense then liberally applied weed and grass killer. Make sure to buy the best name brand because I probably wasted $40 on cheaper alternatives.

I'm trying to find a track near me. anybody got any ideas?

Not sure my first post worked...but here is a video with my son and I trying out the new track in kelowna BC CANADA
Ontario, Canada. Running length about 200 feet. 3 hairpins and a parabolic.
There's an MX style whoop section and a couple jumps under a 4"-6" packed base.
The sides and berms are 12" to 18" of packed powder. Very well lit at night!
Prep time : play time, is about 5:1. Good thing I like snow! Neighbors think I'm nuts!

It's been some time since the slashes ran. We had a great time. Didn't even care that we broke a rear hub. Playing trucks + breaking trucks =a great fun time.

Back again.
First post. Evolution of my 2wd slash. Did the jato suspension up front, then decided to make it into a Barbie RC for my daughter . Powered by castle 4600kv 3s on proline 2.8 swampers. Just needs stiffer rear shocks.
