just use a slim piece of masking tape on the baring (thicker the piece, more gap is tightened)
    That was easy

Are the screws a direct fit? I mean, metric threads? Also, did you find any phillips head screws on this kit? (I hate those) Thanks!

Well I tried the heatshrink but it makes the diameter of the bearing a little too big. I'll try some clear tape tonight and see if that makes it better. If not I think the blue loctite will work good. I'm looking for some ceramic bearings while I'm at it.

So I took all my wheels and hexes off. Every single one of my wheel hex pins are broken. How did that happen?

Daniel - They are a direct fit. All metric. The shock mount screws are about 1mm longer than normal but it works out fine. They do come with a few phillips for the wing mount but that's how it is stock anyways.

Ok done with the rear wheel bearing issue. Used a light application of blue loctite on the 4 bearings and it killed most of the slop. I still have some slop from the turnbuckles and its definitely from the hollow ball that is right behind the diff housing.

Installed the rocker bearings as well and put together the shocks:

Wow, I never thought I'd see a sensored system from them, are they going to make sensored motors, or are you expected to find something else if you want the sensored only mode?

They have them planned for the future but not anytime soon. Basically they said find somebody else who makes them sensored. I dont get why they're packaging the combo with unsensored cm36xx motors when one of the main selling points is the sensored ready ESC

This is my last setup before I throw in the Neu 1115 and Mamba Max Pro on 6s. I've crashed it a dozen times and so far no damage. I took off the aluminum hexes since they added to the slop. I'm back to the plastic ones and it tracks better. Other mods you cant see is bearings in the rockers and the steering bearings. Still havent painted any of my bodies... hopefully this weekend.

So tell me about the heat sink on your 1112. What model is it? I'm about to go for the fastest setup on mine yet with 4s and 45/32 gearing and want to eliminate any heat issues. Ran it today with 3s and ambient temps at high 50's. Only saw 130 on the MM and 120 on the Neu! That was with some punchy grass runs as well as some stop and go mulch bashing! It was the first run on the Hyperion VX 3s 1600 mah.

I've got all the parts in place for a few 4s runs, just tryin' to stay safe. Gotta ProLine Slipstream on the way and have the dirt hawg/dish combo dialed and ready for the abuse!

You're build is looking so good! Glad to see the alum. is holding up and keeping weight down! Get a radar on that bad boy and let's see what she does! Do you have the internal tranny gears swapped?

Sorry, it's that darn "liqr" talking!

    Thanks Daniel!

Lol yeah flatblack, I had a few beers and somehow got stuck taking it apart and putting everything back together again a few hours ago. It's a 1112 1y 3900kv. I'm getting 140max temps on the motor and ESC and my mini weighs 3.5lbs so its a little on the heavy side. I'm also running the G3 VX 1600mah packs. My gearing is at 35/45 right now.

Well this is a tease. I have my 1115 sitting here along with the mount Kazuaki hooked me up with. My MM pro just shipped today so I wont get it until Wednesday the soonest. I did the speed calculator and with 45/47 gearing on 6s with the 4" foams I should get 115mph. Which is unlikely because of aerodynamics and the fact I'm really not looking to break any speed records. Just planning to go really fast and look really cool while I'm at it

Lol, look who's talking!!! I went with the 2.5D 2100kv. Should be just a tad bit faster than the 1112 1y... but I should be able to gear it too the roof!

Exactly! Big Torque Big Gearing! It's the way to go! The high KV's just don't seem to last. My Micro T just get's BIOLING with the Losi 10250kv. The esc is fine but the motor on 3s, forget it. Too Hot.

That is going to be a crazy fast setup. At RPMs you'll be running, I'm curious if any of the plastic components will hold up to that rotational inertia. Biggest concern would be the differential plastic covers and also the bearings. I think your next upgrade will be ceramic bearings

Yeah I've been debating on if I should put together a set of ceramics from AvidRC. I've already had a few bearings go bad so I definitely want to upgrade. But for the moment I need to figure out where to mount the MMP

Lax - Kazuaki got his last Saturday! Lucky guy!

E-REVO - I especially got the MMP so I can go 6s. My Neu 1115 is good to 25v so yes it will handle it.

Edu - you shouldnt be. You have a Neu also!

WELL I managed to snap input shaft by tightening the nut too hard, Lol, that didnt sound right. Snapped the shaft in half. I'm looking for a place to overnight me one so I can get this going by Saturday. Managed to melt my Deans connectors too...3 of them So I guess it wont be running tomorrow and I'll have to wait until the mail comes saturday afternoon
