My guess is a new 1/5 scale vehicle. The movie shows dirt, so it's gonna be an offroad vehicle.

but the slayer is just a short armed revo with little wheels. i hope it's an 1/8. i'll be disappointed if it's an e-slayer. they have enough trucks based on the revo.

1/8 buggy could quite be a good possiblity. Or it could be a traxxas big block.

idk, traxxas has really been going electric, much harder and quicker than other brands. But maybe, they are catching up (nitro-wise), either or, it's a sweet deal.

Meanwhile I'll be contemplating this throughout the week until it's released, only to be disappointed because I either don't have any interest in the new vehicle or if I do like it, I can't afford it

they picked the 8th for a reason. i hope it's an 1/8. that would be AWSOME to be able to lend themselves to competitive buggy racing.

Watched the clip a few more times. Based on the clips shown, I think we can safely assume that it's Brushless and offroad (obviously). But if you look at the dirt, there's a couple of spots that look like ribbed tire prints. So I dunno, I can't imagine they would release a 2wd truck...

Needless to say I am excited to see. Christmas is coming up

EDIT: SHOOT, I just realized: doesn't the Baja 5B have ribbed fronts? Are we possibly looking at 1/6th scale?!

More good theories. I think the same. One reason why I think it's Velineon, is that the background is red/orange/yellow. And if you look back at the older VXL vids in the vault, the background is the same.

And brad, you don't have a slash. But I understand.
