    Another Ivan Stewart Themed Truck

Obviously not an exact replication, but I'm pretty happy with the result. My tribute to the king of offroad, Ivan "Iron Man" Stewart, one of my favourite offroad racer since I was a little kid. Enjoy....

By the way, here's my achievements so far with this truck...two trophies (1st Place Mod Class Dirt Track and 2nd Place Mod Class Carpet Track). Not bad huh?

    Thanks for visiting

Thanks...I'm lovin it! Those are mohawk tires, works great on thick mud, sand or grass. For racing I prefer bow-ties V3 M3...

Jconcepts Truth...It's one of the best looking lid out there. However, those of you that purchase one, reinforce the underneath with GOOP/SHOO GOO. Under the roof where "hood scoop" is and where the truck bed meets the fenders. It only took one qualifier to crack these parts of the body Other than that I have no complaints...

As with Tamiya...they're kinda creative and also produce the "junior" version of that 1/10 RC hilux..a bit with a monster truck touch
This is mine. Small 1/32 scale 2AA batt powered mayhem from Tamiya Wild Mini 4WD jr lineups.

Myth busted: Blitz is not faster on the track.

Yup, that color combination is very popular during those days, used by Downey, Trailmaster etc including Ivan's Toyota truck. I think your Pede is the most suitable one...I got the scheme decals computer cut using vinyl plotter and some are hand cut. Sponsor decals are Parma's. Thanks, love your Tamiya...It's vintage stuff already!
