    8s E maxx

    has anyone done it?

    Most people have trouble on 4s and 6s keeping the diff's together so I'd really like to see what happens on 8s, that being said it's not my money but I would still like to see what happens lol.

    I've been running 6s for a while now with no problems and have a spare e maxi so thought I might give it a shot

    But can you even call this a maxx anymore? Lol its a beast though.

    To the OP: I think you would have major driveline issues with the stock setup. Not to say they cant be worked out though of course. 1/8 scale diffs and steel cvds all around will probably be sufficient.

    plan cancelled, my 8s X Maxx motor arrived and doesnt actually fit :cry:

    My grandma always told me "if it doesnt wanna fit, force it" lol. Seriously though i'll bet you can get it to fit if you wanted it badly enough.

    Ausprime's build has to be what he said for one definite reason; it was designed by Traxxas originally. His build (hobby) has been a good example of the fun we can have with our E-MAXX. Im looking forward to posting my three E-MAXX's too.
