Slayer servo died

So I just finished breaking in my slayer. well it sat for a few days then I took it out and was bashing around nothing to serious. I take it inside and am conducting after run procedures and i notice my throttle dosent open all the way. So I figure it is my double a batteries. I changed it over to a rechargeable, and the result is the same. I ensured my battery was completley charged and now my throttle servo wont throttle at all. It will on the other had brake. The truck is less than a week old BTW. I suppose it is time to upgrade. I think my revo has this problem as well.
