PE getting overpriced

I thought about looking on the chicagoland craigslist to see what I could find on there for part's or maybe even a 4x2 Slash Roller. I found a Venom 2s 25c 5400mah battery for $50obo, emailed him about it. While searching I found a guy selling a PE Slash 4x4 for $650!! I know the PE's are hard to find but to sell something for $200-$240 over retail price is a bit over the top!

Hmmm... any smart person would get the Ultimate at that price, of course. But still, it's smart for him to be selling it at that price.

I really can't blame him for trying to take advantage of the situation with the really low supply of PE's. I don't know if I'd be as greedy as $650 though, maybe $50-75 over the cost at most.

Caveat Emptor ! If someone isnt savvy enough to shop around before purchasing something and they get burned its their own fault not the sellers IMO . Unless the item in question isnt advertised correctly , that would be dishonest IMO ....
