    Does a sway bar actually do anything?

    does it actually help with handling or what?

    i am a basher so would it help me at all?

    I used a sway bar on my nitro 4-tec and it helped tremendously. You did not mention what vehicle you are referring to, so IDK if it would help you.
    Who needs nitro, when you got LiPo?

    IMO, if all you do is bashing, then it would probably have no benefit. If you are racing on pavement, then it could make a difference. They are meant to help stay straight and in cornering.
    Who needs nitro, when you got LiPo?

    so it really would help i do some high speed runs a lot when i am jumping
    i jump on pavement and my rustler rolls a lot taking a corner

    i made custom sway bars for my jato. i used 1/8 tool steel, and zip-ties to hold them to the a-arm. acts like the tires are made of glue, course it has jaco tires.

    I installed a front sway bar on my Rustler a couple years ago. Was never really able to come up with a rear design.
