Angry I can not make my truck pull a wheelie

My sons truck pulls wheelies with no trouble at all,his is the truck I sold him,it was my old one.I wanted the new one with the 2.4ghz radio system,I put the brushless system on his,so it would be like mine, both trucks are geared the same,I have three differant style tires, the ones that came on it,a set of 4x4 white letterd tires, and some dirt hawgs I took off my Rustler,we both have the same batteries, charged on my charger, the same day,one after the other,we put on matching tires, made sure the slippers are set the same, but no matter how hard I try,all four stay on the ground-on mine-and my sons goes right up on two wheels! What am I doing wrong? I so much want to be able to pull wheelies!!!Can anyone help me?

I found mine wouldnt pull a wheelie for the first run. Then i went back out the next day and it was wheeling all over the place. I think the slipper might need to get worked in a bit. But, just try it a bit tighter. Your sons slipper could be worn different and need a different adjustment. No 2 trucks are the same, so no 2 setups will be exactly the same.

I have the same deal with a neighbor - he can't stop doing wheelies and I can't do any. Does the slipper need to be tighter or loser to get some wheelie action. I am running 2wd, with VXL, big bores with std spacers, 1/8 wheels with Badlands.

Put some lead weight underneath the ESC..this will aid traction and help it 'hang' in there once the front wheels lift up.
Myth busted: Blitz is not faster on the track.

How about shock oil? My son did service his shocks,is thicker oil,or thinner oil better with the two hole pistons? In the front shocks, with two medium spacers?

I did put a posi. spooler in mine, and set the radio on 50/50 like the book said, and set it on the first blink in the set up mode-and when I go full throtel off the line,it either just blows the tires off,or just spins around in a doughnut!

I ran a Sidewinder 4600 combo in mine for a while and even on 3s it wouldn't wheelie with the slipper at 1/2 turn with good gladiator tires. Wheelies are cool for a while but they get old. If I want to wheelie around alot, I'll just throw a 2s lipo in my rustler and pull 100 footers with ease.

It's not going to wheelie as good as a rustler or stampede because the slash has a longer wheel base.

My slash VXL will wheelie at 3/4 throttle on 3S with 30 series badlands. Its amazing. I run the slipper at 1/8 from tight.
