    My Backslash!!!!

Hey just some pics of my backslash 4x4, Wanted to mount the body down low not in top of the shock tower, still got trimming to do and add a rear body post. Wing mount came out of a HPI VORZA and the wing is from the revo.

Looks good! as I've asked with the others, can you get a close up of the wing mount and how it attaches to the tower?

The shock tower has 2 screws holdind the tower to the diff case, just use 2 longer screws and fit the bottom of the tower there. if you want to use all 4 holes in the wing mount you need to do a costum mount.

    Looks great!

You mentioned lowering the body, so I assume the antena would normally fit under the roof with that kit.

It looks really good, but with my luck I'd roll the truck on my first run, and kink the antena.

I've never tried, but is it possible to gently bend the antena to fit under a lowered body mount?

Kinking the antenna wouldn't cause any problems. The actual ANTENNA is a wire that is VERY flexible. However Traxxas (for some reason) glues the antenna wire into the plastic antenna tube. Even as short as it is, it is flexible-ish. I have a friend who has a Slash 2wd that puts his entire antenna under the lid...now THAT is bending for you. BTW it still works perfectly!
