    Went fast today, real fast.

Went dang fast today. Dang fast. Math says I'm geared for 58 mph (without tire stretch), and it felt every bit of that.

    Geared 18/36

    Ran both Lipos in paralelle.

Truck was crazy fast, and surprisingly stable. I think the forward mount with the batteries really helped. My wife showed up with the camera after I was done running, so the video isn't so hot.

Earlier I had the truck topped out and the motored hit 215.

The video doesn't do it justice... but it was dang fast today.

I've got parts on the way, I can go faster.

Looks like you achieved your potential of 55+ to me. I have gotten my bandit to 62 and your slash looks every bit as fast.

Glad to hear it is stable. My bandit was 6 handfuls over 50. If you are hitting 60 with that body on, and it is solid, that is really something.

Got the weight way forward, and the gyro always helps. Also the stiffer springs felt right at home. It was like the planets aligned today, and I know I can go faster.... there's more out there!
