    budget paddles! DIY!

ok guys, after youve stopped laughing, some months ago i bought some alias step pins and after a good while on VXL power needless to say they were bald. though they did stand up to abuse on dirt, grass and tar mac for a long time.
anyways i always fancied some paddles for when i went to the berach, (not very often) so didnt really want to pay for them, then i had a eureka moment! see below!

looks dodgy, but for the price of a tube of silicone, you got a cheap set of paddles, which ARE BULLET PROOF! even on tarmac under VXL they are super tough and show no signs of wear even after repeated donuts.

looks arent that important when just bashing, and at speed you cant see either!
