    time for some night racing

    led tube from auto zone: 20 bucks
    hpi silverado body: 20 bucks
    superglue: 1 buck
    look on everyones face when i hit the track after dark with this thing: priceless

    Not bad. At first I thought you had attached those Halloween glow sticks that kids use for bracelets.

    Is it hard to tell which way you are facing at night?

    the pics dont show it well but the light actually runs up and around the "roll bar" part of the body so its easier to tell which way your going

    its also fairly cheap can get three 3' sections that runs on 2or 3s lipos or a 9v batt for 40 bucks just google heli glow wire
    someday when my skills with the heli are good enough i want to try it out might even cover my drift car with some since we go at night
