    Body Fitment

    Hello,

I am new to these forums, obviously. Little introduction; I am a TSgt in the USAF serving a 365 as a combat advisor to Iraqis.

There are 4 others with me who also have Traxxas trucks.

I've had the truck less than a week and the body is trashed already, amoung other things. This is the perfect place to test an R/C truck. The dirt, 140* temps and hot sun will test a truck to its limits. I do have to say, my EMaxx never went into thermal protect once! We have a kick butt track here with many jumps that have owned me. I now need to order a new body.

What is the smallest body (in dimensions) that will fit on a 1/10 brushless EMaxx and still look good? I would like to go with an aerodynamic looking production muscle car (Camaro SS, Corvette-R ect) but dont know how small is too small.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks

First thanks for serving over there.

Is it a 3905 or 3906? Short chassis or long chassis?

On road bodies will fit a short chassis perfect
    Camaro
    Old Vette
    Old vette painted
    Here's more

If you have a long chassis this is a sleek body
Nothin' like a 4 on the floor and a V8

02 Hawk as in Firehawk? If that is the case I also have a 4th Gen, an 02SS

Anyway, proud to serve and its a 3908. Not sure about the chassis.

Yup, my Dad's got an 02 in red, hence the name.

Thats the long chassis. So the proline one linked is a direct fit. The others will be short. Here's a pic of a short body on a long chassis

So either your front or rear bumpers will stick out
Nothin' like a 4 on the floor and a V8
