    Tekno 17mm adapters replacement parts?

I looked on the tekno website and they have the replacement part for the set screws but not the drive pins.
It says TRA4955 is a replacement for the pins but I don't see a flat spot for the set screw.
Does anybody know what else to use?

Why do you think the drive pin needs a flat spot? I did not find it necessary.

I have the tekno adapters and lost a pin. I emailed tekno support and they told me HPI part # HPIZ260 is what I needed.

Just order a couple TKR6856 rebuild kits if you are running the 17mm adapters. I have 6 on hand currently

Which is 2.5x12mm pin without a flat spot, just like Traxxas part 4955.

Oh yeah guess you're right. I figured the flat part was for the set screw to sit on so it could keep the pin in place. I was just gonna try and grind it a little on my own.

There is no reason to weaken the pin. Just clean the thread surfaces and make sure you shake up the bottle of blue loctite well before installing the setscrew, and then wait at least 24 hours at room temperature for it to fully cure.
