I think I found the Ultimate snow tire!!!

Just about every forum board for every model right now has threads asking about the best snow tire, and I think I may have found it.

This tire is half crawler and half sand paddle, I will definitely be ordering a set in the near future.

yes but with these dimensions what wheels will it fit?
    Inner diameter: 4.25" (107.95mm) approx.
    Outer diameter: 5.5" (139.7mm)
    Width: 3.5" (88.9mm)

stock wheels inner diameter is 3.8"
    rcwd and proline 3.9"

    these are 4.25"
    MAN, Use Common Sense.
Outside? THERE IS NO BOX !

Sharp as always Noir, you da man.

They are listed as Maxx tires, and the Panther site says they fit MT wheels(even though they don't show actual specs). So I believe the 4.25" to be a typo, I'm certain they are 3.2" and would fit either RPM or Maximizer wheels.

I think, the size of the tyres Quadiak suggested is too small: Outer diameter: 5.5"

I have a set of Traxxas Talon tyres (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXXJP8&P=7) They are already too small on a Summit.

Nice would be a similiar tyre as Quadiak suggested, but with an outside diameter of 7 to 8"

Hard tires are not good for snow running, thats why they need to be rock crawler tires, in order to get grip on ice/snow

    Crazzzzzy

Yes I am crazy. I went ahead and ordered the custom cut n' shut plow boy tires from crawler innovations. He is making them to fit hpi blast wheels(4.5") so the total tire diameter will be 7" thankfully I have a very kind and accepting wife

Mine will look like these, except full width.

Yes! The tracks are real... They are still prototypes, with no availability date or specs... RC4WD is making them.

Do they got some for the Summit too? I thought they only made them for the Axial 1/10th scales.

I've seen videos of those Integy ones on youtube, and people have said great things about them. Biggest complaint was always BUILDING them, something about no instructions on assembly or something, and that really ticks people off. I know it drives me crazy with Integy!
