The ATI Radeon HD 5450 looks pretty good, but you may wan more dedicated memory.

The 1GB HD 5670's are also in your price range. I have one in a HTPC and it's good budget GPU, great for 1080p BD playback plus will handle most newer games on medium settings. I do agree with Cubic about spending a little more, a HD 5830 or even a 5770 would be well worth the the extra $30-$75.

You also need to consider your PC has a 300w power supply, which is on the very low side for any mid/low level enthusiast video card. The lower end card (typically without fans) may be ok, but anything like the 5770 and above will require more power. It's not to say that it cannot be done, but it will likely wear out the power supply quickly and potentially cause other issues.

I would suggest that based on your price range and the power limitations, you mights want to check out a ati 5670. They are relatively energy efficient, dx11 compatible and capable little cards. They can be had online for a reasonable price, sub $100.

What type of things will you be using your computer for? This is not a card for heavy graphics or gaming.

I would get a better power supply before upping that video card.

I just picked up an MSI N220GT has DCI VGA and HDMI outputs 1gb DDR3 memory, will work in a low profile case too. It uses the Nvidea Cuda technology and uses the Nvidea GT 220 GPU. Very nice card. $100.00 + shipping. www.askchip.com

IMO years ago nVIDIA had better drivers but ever since AMD took over ATI the quality has improved greatly. I was a nVIDIA fan for many years but ATI's HD series got me to switch over.

In 2018 best pick (I think) NVIDIA GTX 1030 or AMD RX 550. Unfortunately, I cant open your PC parameters.

You brought up a 8 year old thread that I had no idea I made. I built many PCs since then.

How can you tell if the copy of the file to the sd card was a good copy? there is nothing that pops up on the computer that says copy to sd card was good.

Random addition to an old thread, but sure..

The computer does error checking as it copies, if something did not copy correctly it should tell you. But, if you open up the file properties on the computer and the SD card, both files should have the exact same information. If the file size is different, you know something didn't go right.

(Hijacking the thread? ) Try using the file. If the source file is good and you have a decent working computer with no bugs there shouldn't be any problems.....
