    Tire's ?

Hi everyone I'm fairly new to the slash 4x4. I was wondering what would be a good tire set up for light bashing, and a little track. The track is slick and bumpy. If I could get anybodys input that would be great.
    Thanks, Danny

I run pro line split six wheels and 2.2 caliber's M3 compound. They are good but a little to soft for just bashing in my opinion. Goto ebay they have some good cheap wheel set's with knockoff tires that are cheap for bashing.

Hope they don't flag this post!

I am running Split 6 with the bow ties on one and the caliber on the other. I think I prefer the Bow Ties when there are more bumps. Both tires are really nice.

I use the stock wheels for bashing. Or use my kids 2.8 talons from thier pedes. I'm going to pick up some Pro-Line Masher 3.2's when I'm running MT conversion...

I like the Proline switches for a general tire, medium compound good grip on most surfaces. I don't know about racing, I only bash.

Hey guys! Are your split six wheels the glue on or the bead lock no glue?

split sixes and trenchers here i like them good tires for bashing. I have run the switches and they were also good on the track as well as bashing.

I like the split six bead locks and the switches . But I think I'm going to get a couple different sets of tires. Thanks for the input!!

split six (glue on) with AKA Enduros in Soft (the hardest they have). these have been good track tires with pretty good lifespan. much better than the small pinned calibers. calibers burn up quick on drive tires at the track i go to (which is very hard).

plus AKA tires are made in america...
