i need a little more power!!?!!

I have a traxxas slash 2x2 brushed and i need more power. what system will be more powerful but also be cheap because im tight on money. im trying to upgrade my slash and i think brushless is the way to go. tell me what you guys think.

slash 2x2? or maybe you meant 4x2 ;-)
it has 4 wheels, and only 2 are connected to the motor

2x2 couldt be a slash without frontwheels,...

what you say = your truck has 2 wheels & 4 of those 2 wheels are driven?
it just the other way around, your truck has 4 wheels and only 2 of them are driven

i see that in a few other topic of you some how you mayby got confussed by all the terms here,
some times you typ 2x2, other topic you typ 2x4

if you want more power go brushless, but if you feel the need to do a 4x2 to 4x4 conversion to, you couldt probably better sell your (old)4x2 slash, and get a 'slightly used' 4x4 VXL

go brushless and lipo the sidewinder sct 3800 can be had for for 80-100 if your not a racer you can get lipos form hobbypartz.com really cheap i just ordered a 4s 5000mah 40c lipo for 50.00
