FTFY- You only need to copy & paste the IMG tag underneath each picture, though if it is over 600 pixels wide then you'll need to use a thumbnail linked to the original, or just paste the direct html link...

weather cleared up tonight so i thought i would try and give it a run on my Nimh's. all i can say is wow, i can feel so much more power with this motor compared to the 2x titan 550's. I estimate 55km/h and 25-30min run time? cant wait to see what 4s will do! the temps using Nimh were warm although i was running it flat out pretty much the whole time! im very impressed! the ESC was not warm at all!!!! and the motor was warmer but only because of the flat out speed runs! might consider a fan, but i dont do flat out runs all the time (i only did it this time to see the performance with constant temp checks etc...) very pleased! when i get the Lipo's i will post a video!

That gearing ( 17/68 ) is fine with the nimhs, but when you use the 2x2s lipos you'll want to bump it up quite a bit, say 20-22/68 or there abouts to take full advantage of the power and speed on offer. If you are impressed now then the addition of lipos will blow your socks off.

And use mph, not kms you hippy...

Sounds like you have something good there.A fan on the motor sound like it would be a good idea. Can not wait for the video.
Like AOD says you will love the Power of lipos.Might even extend your run time.

Good old standard system, nothing like dividing and multiplying by 12, 5280, 3, 60, 16, 8, ect. Not like metric were all you have to multiply/divide by is 10 and 60...

Unseen a few vids of a emaxx with that setup and it was sweet. I'd like to see this one in action. I'm debating if I should use the mamba monster this spring or just get this setup lol

I have the 80A version and I'm pretty happy with it (though I'm a new e-maxx owner). I rolled my e-maxx into a ditch and submerged the ESC and it ran just fine afterwards. I'm running 3s in parallel so it's not super fast but it's certainly faster than stock brushed and holds a punch for 30-40 minutes, two pairs of lipos is enough run time to keep me happy and I haven't destroyed my emaxx.

I'm afraid that there won't be much bashing unless he tapes those tire or gets stiffer ones. There is so much ballooning that it will be impossible to control. Just my opinion

Does that ESC have 2 battery outputs like the MMM that comes with the 3903 or the EVX-2 or do you have to use a harness?

You would lose! Check the wiring. One of the main reasons CC products are superior is the size of the wires they use. Simple physics. But for the $$$$ and b t way, who needs a monster truck doing 70?

My friend used running a 1515 on 5s and I could smoke him on 4s, now he runs a 1518 on 6s. Btw I am running larger wires than the normal xerun wires.
