    1/16 e revo upgrade?

    hello i have the non VXL!

    and i want to upgrade the motor since its so slow, it has the 380 in it!


    what parts do i get to make faster??

    ?? You have the 380 motor in it and it's not VXL? I don't get it.

    If you have a brushed E-Revo, then you should have a Titan 550 motor!

    Traxxas used to make a brushed 380 motor.
    They used to put this in the brushed revo but they changed over to the 550.

    Woah.. that must be old then.

    You don't need anything to switch over to the 380 VXL then... Unless you want to go with a 540 cans motor, then you need to get the brushed motor mount and mount plate.

    All you need is a new motor and ESC. http://m.ebay.com/itm/Traxxas-3370-V...-/191125610490
    That will get you around 30mph with 28/50 gearing on the stock NIMH packs. Also upgrade to a pair of 2000mah 2 cell lipos in parallel and you will get around 35mph for about 45 min of runtime....

    Get the t bone skid plate and bumpers. They will save you a lot of headache.
