Cheers for the help. I think the reason I couldn't find it was because they don't ship to Australia for some reason.

Is the dual water pickup still needed with the new Spartan? Would the aluminum cooler be enough with the T?

If you want to run 6s then you need at least the aluminum motor water jacket, and the dual rudder with separate water lines going to your motor and ESC.

I'm alittle confused by the water outlet myself I bought the OSE dual water outlet it shows as far as I can see that 4 holes need to be drilled. Would I be better to get a traxass outlet and just drill one hole and should I ( if that's what needs to be done ) drill it on the opposite side or next to the original hole ?.....Also got the water jacket and dual rudder.I am dying to get this thing in the water.

That's what I did with my Spartan. I have a OEM water exhaust port on each side, but even with the OEM ports you will need to make two holes. One for the securing nut and the other one for the port itself.

The only way you can get away with drilling one hole per port is by using what's used in a UR-19 or Blackjack29. They both use single hole exhaust ports.

Another question for you ...Did you use the same size tubing for the lines you ran

Yes, they are different colors and stiffness, but they are the same size tubing. I use Traxxas OEM BLUE for the ports, because it's easier to get them on/off for maintenance. I use the YELLOW tubing strictly for looks.

Just type "Traxxas Spartan splash guard" in the search area. The hot racing guard will show up, I found it for $12.88 with free shipping.

You should just get it from Steve from Off Shore Electronics. It's very easy to do.
