Im trying to replace my aluminum front lower A Arms with new RPM's and the screw that holds the shock to the arm is completely stripped out. And I mean really bad... like the philips head is a circle...
does anyone have any tips to get screws like this out short of drilling it out? I'd like to keep these arms for another time
Thanks!

Easy outs. My only suggestion. You can get a cheap set from a local hardware store. I got some from sears just for my nitro trucks.

Keep the shiny side up!
Use a dremel or cutting wheel and make a slot so you can use flat-head screwdriver to get it out.

If you can't get a dremel in jb weld a old Allen key on it,If that doesn't work at least There will be material to cut a slot in or maybe grab with vice grips. Is it. Loc tited if so soldering iron on the head of the screw to soften the loctite. Couple more ideas at least

Get a "Micro GrabIt Bit", best ever easy out for stripped screws & can be found for around $10 in your local hardware store.
