    Broke it!

They looked so good here.... Just out of the box.

My fault, I had to get antsy with 6s on stock tires. GPS said 54.9. 18/54.
Needless to say, there are several parts coming this week. On to the rebuild!

Finally got it back in one peice! Finished installing an RC Solutions cage, HPP motor brace, Mod 1 spur/pinion and swapped back to P2 rockers with Summit springs (Double Yellow, Double Orange).

Could you tell me what size spur and pinion you're running? How are the temps working?

    Bump,

I ran the snot out of my truck doing high speed wheelies and power slides for about 30 minutes. The weather was perfect at 60*
I had no heat issues at all, even being geared 25/50 on 6s with taped badlands. I do have a vented windshield and a fan on the motor. Maybe the high speeds actually helps the airflow... ?

Its so nice to be able to run the truck hard and not have it break. ERBE rocks... after upgrading

Actually yesterday but I went to the lhs to replace a rear diff bearing only to find out when I got home that the two sides of it have different sized bearings.

It is 43C here today so outside is my last preference. Good opportunity to give mine a good clean and once over.

Last time I took it out I lost 2 body clips after a forward 2 1/2 somersault with several twists, not having any spares with me I came home early. So today I got some 8lb fishing line and tied the 2 front clips and 2 rear clips to each other. Now if one pops off it I won't loose it as it's tied to the other one.

Happened to me too, a few months ago. Was driving slowly while walking to an open area, when I arrived I opened up the throttle and 3 minutes later is stopped working right in front of me and caught fire. Still don't know why that happened.

I'm checking the time until I can go pick mine up from the hobby shop from getting some work done on it.
