    I would say..

    *Rpm a arms
    *strong shock springs
    *aluminum shock towers
    *aluminum axle carriers
    *maybe even aluminum shocks themselves
*a t bone chassis brace would be good too

    $160 if you get all

whatever else you upgrade will help but that's basically all you need

+1 on the parts Gully mentioned and also had on there heavier shock oil to absorb the shock landing better than stock weight oil

ok for the shock when you buy the car it has the shocks oiled right and how regularly do you have to oil or grease them and what does the oil do to the car exactly\??

the shocks come prefilled out of the box, cant say how often you need to change or how often to add oil, but roughly like every few months check the oil to make sure there are full. the shock oil is so that the shocks rebound and spring back and oils the shalfs inside of course the spring helps with springing it back out and in but oil is needed, if you compress a shock without oil you'll know what i'm saying its not good for the shock to be without oil. the stock oil that comes prefilled i think is 30wt, you'll be fine with that but you'll want to change later on to a thicker oil to better aborb the jumps so you dont bottom out so much.

true i forgot about that was thinking of something else when writing that. stock shocks and oil will be ok but upgrading is always fun and better

Can someone tell me what the t-bone bumper/brace is. I keep hearing about it. A picture would be sweet to.

well I know the t bone brace is a wide and thin "brace" that covers the entire undercarrage, so to speak, of the chassis ... it screws into the chassis strengthening it and protecting it from scratches as well..

    if you can visualize that

Comes in three pieces, to make big one:

    You can buy them separate:

Or buy it all at once:
