    Summit roll cage!?!?!?!?!

    lol ok now that i caught you attention,as you may or may not know thier is a product for the summit that is a steel roll cage anyone have some pics(without body)because im thinking of getting one and leaving the body off.

    ummm theres always been a steel roll cage for the summit... do you mean a traxxas one? or one thats modeled after the exocage?

    sure... I have pics...

    I dont like summit cages they are to clunky I wanted something lower profile to keep a lower center of gravity so I purchesed a slash cage and modded it slightly to fit the summit...

    here are tons of pics: ( diffrent tires to give you an idea)

    im thing of going this route because thats exactly what i want something low profile,and do i see 8 tires total in some of those pics or are my eyes playing tricks on me lol,can you tell me how you modified it,if its not too much trouble could you supply some above pics on a workbench i cant really see the first one

    If you have the skill to modify one, just build one of your own. Your own imagination is the limit. I've built a bunch of cages now and its really not hard to do at all. Do it from scratch, you'll be happy you did!

    This is one I did quite a while back now and I have beat it like owes me 20 bucks and it just keeps taking it!

    @markman i would say modifying one takes a lot less skill than making one from scratch,im sure i can modify one but probably not make one lol

    It's not hard to make... But for time and simplicity I preferred to mod the slash cage.
