there is a post on the dimensions haven't found it yet be carefull with it though the corners of the box are tapered can't always go by that better question is what batteries fit

if you have a dremel you can even open the box up a bit some batteries are a very tight fit!

How about the Gens Ace ECO 2S 2200MaH 7.4V 20C batteries? HobbyPartz says the diameters are 107MM x 35MM x 18.5MM(LxWxThickness). Do you think those would fit? anyone have any experience with these batteries?

A 20c battery is pretty weak plenty of better batteries out there try to get atleast 25 or 30c lot of places state if they will fit a merv

With your dremel as a backup you could make it work. You did see those battery ends? You will need to use an adapter or cut those off and solder Traxxas connectors #3080. One of my batteries is 102x34.4x20 and its 2250 65/130
