Wow, this Neu motors and their reviews look very promising. I just upgraded to big block on my Merv and the Mustang.... I regret it (heavy Mustang now...) and wish I would had invested in one of the Neu motors.... Let’s see, maybe someday I will go that route as well....

Yeah I really like mine, it never gets hot...I'm geared 34/45 and barely gets over 108. My new is begging for more gear, the power is unbelievable!!!

Chefmike, That looks SIIICk bro.. Very nice, Mine comes in on Thursday. Super excited!

As for the Neu motors, they are dope. But personally I didnt wanna do 120 on just the motor, since I am not that into this vehicle copared to all my other 1/10s. i mean I wont be driving it as much, and It wont get nearly the same attention and upgrades. Also, I just had puchased a MMP, a Sidewinder, a Tekin Pro4, and lots of other stuff so I decieded to go with the Vxl3m... Good enough for me! Especially since drifting.

I have a big block venom 3300 which the actual can is 380 size, but the fins put it at 540... I decieded to not go with it, cuz itd be high weight, and not much benefit.

I ordered the Neu1112 1.5D….. Do you have a build thread somewhere on the forum? Should be an easy fit but always nice to see some pictures… Did you cut the shock mount? Or do you know if the Motor fits with the driven production chassis brace installed? Anyway, I will see it soon but start to get excited here…

I had to grind my rear shock mount down just a hair, but it will depend on the size spur and pinion you use also.
