Question:

I just bought:

Traxxas EZ Peak Plus, with dual charging board.

Two 25C 11.1V 8400mAh LiPo batteries.

What settings do I use on the charger?

What would my charge time.e be?

You need to set it at lipo battery, 3 cell 11.1v, 8.4 amps or less.

And make sure you remember to plug in the balancing wire.
