EZ Peak Plus #2933 - Storage charging mode - Only 2 amp when charging?

Why does the "Storage mode" has to be limited by 2.0amp when I use it to charge up from 3,5V to 3.8V?
Yes, I know the charger cant give more than 2.0amp when discharge but it can give up to 6.0amp (80w) when charging.

If I want to charge at max amp up to 3.8V I need to sit beside the charger an manualy stop charging at desired voltage.

Does it has to be like that?
