i guess this body was meant for the shorter chassis (older version gtp). thanks for clearing that out for me IvVaum.

i run my SlayVo GT-E today and all of the sudden, i heard this loud grounding noice so i quickly stop......looks like my rear center driveshaft grub screw broke in half and eat some of the bulkhead, good thing i stop right away i dont have any spare yokes so i went with my spare cvd (77mm dogbone and cups).

i was doing lots of donut burnout the other day suprisingly my tires are still in good shape, plenty of rubber left.

no they're not and yes it ballon just alittle bet. yeah i know its cheap but so far i'm impressed.

those looks nice and being treaded tires...it will grip better even on a dusty road. mine i have to ease off before i can really throttle it or its all wheel spin.

nothing to report ATM, but i went to LHS today to buy and solder a traxxas plug on my 4s lipo and boy.... they are pack&ready for the thanksgiving day and black friday sale. i ask them about the traxxas heli's and they said it wont be here until mid december. although they have one that looks like the DR-1 and QR-1 for $100 and make me wanna get into them heli's lol.

Not to go off topic, But helis are a whole nother ball park. If you want a DR-1 but dont want to wait get the BLADE mCX 2 RTF. And if you want the QR-1 and dont want to wait get the BLADE mQX RTF. I know my stuff when if comes to helis and IMO i would stay away from all of those helis listed. They are durable, But the electronic main boards in the micro helis dont last veary long with a ton of crashes, They all start to fail in one way or another.

enivous of you 2 being able to run your e revo's. I cant get out with the ground wet and rain here not to mention I got the sniffles too for 2 days now will be gone tomorrow though when i get out and load up and unload fire wood.

My onroad GT seem like it can run a bit faster and handle the speed. running 4s is fast but 6s is will get this moving even faster for sure lol. will see what happen, i'll upload the vid in a bit.

here its been raining pretty much non stop for 2 days then with a break for a couple hrs. tomorrow is suppose to clear then rain again at night and for the next 3 days after on thanksgiving. I need to get some 12g wire to rewire my series connector for emaxx. I like to use it on 2s sometimes when i am limited to space.

not really mate, just enough to buy little by little to get my project going. my REVO-E is under construction right now. trying something different set-up to see what it can do.

I'll be watching this space ...hopefully your SlayVo won't be a diff shredder considering its not carrying the same weight as the Revo-E.

I'm running my eSlay-Revo on 2/2s only with mod 1 gearing...the ESC I got is only rated up to 4S...hopefully running by this weekend.

you need to slow that beast down before you get ticket. very nice how's the tires holding up with the 6s so far?

when i seen you flying by and the dust flying by with it i thought your tires were down. Mine does that as well when i get near full throttle beyond my normal 3/4.
Was that 100% throttle? if it wasnt then watch out you'll for sure have a beast. liking the body

i do have one Q. a friend of mine want me to glue his wheels/tires.....they are desperado wheels and 40 series road rage tires. i open them up and fitted......but seems like they dont go together, the part where you glue them it does'nt have the reccess for the tire lip. anybody here ever got to glue them together with no problem?

well, the worst thing have finally hit me today. its just starting to get dark here and decided to run my SlayVo GT....as it was moving farther away (half throttle).....went and gun it to full throttle and cant really see whats in the middle of the road..... turns out there was a stupid reflector...sending my car 4 feet up in the air landed upside down skiding towards a parked car... hit the parked car's tire..... spins like crazy and hit the curb flew up for maybe a foot and landed on its four wheels. the moment it flew, my mind flashes before my eyes thinking this is it....its over!!! then i play with the throttle and i see it moving so i run it towards me....took it in my garage to look for any broken parts and all i see was scratches on the body, 17mm hexes, and wheels.


hard to see the scratches but its there.


after that i decided to lower the batt tray a bit.
