Can anyone confirm if the cush drive from the XO-1 will fit in a Stampede 4x4?
I imagine the bigger spurs are totally out but maybe the 46 tooth will fit?
Also the gearing might be right out? Might need smaller than a 9t pinion or something?
I'm just asking as I've got a heap of Mod1 pinions and it would be a strong part in the Stampede.
Cheers!
There was a guy on another forum asking about this same thing. Don't quote me, but I believe the slipper shaft on the xo is larger than the slipper shaft on the pede. I've never looked at the xo, so I can't be sure.
it does look stronger than a slipper
One of these guys that have both drive lines should pipe up soon. Or, it may be better to post it in the xo1 forum?
Ya can't polish fertilizer...
Ya, I've been following this thread, I'd like to see a end result!. Or, it may be better to post it in the xo1 forum?![]()
Is owning 27 RC's too many? No way!
Finally signed in again after ages, searched about on the topic of using the XO-1 cush drive but couldn't find an answer. Only found this thread
Will the cush drive fit the Stampede 4x4?
Cheers!
2 yrs later and we got an answer. Too bad I was also wondering the same thing. So humayrayakongkinaon is it a 6mm shaft bored down to 5mm for the diff pinion gear to work
Yea by the pic in the in the rear assembly that shaft seemed shorter and now you've confirmed that. Is that a 54t spur for the xo1 wonder how much smaller is the 46 or 50t. Only if that shaft was longer lol. What's your take on the Cush driver compared to slipper
Nice. Thanks for the tip. I'll look into that method too.
Cheers!
