    Electronics Guru's.... I have a question

I am looking for a device that operates like this:

I want to be able to press a button and have a UV light turn on for 20 seconds.
The light is 5 volts and draws 5 amps.

I want to be able to press a button and have an indicator LED turn on for 20 seconds.
The LED is 2.8 volts and draws 20 mA.

There has to be something out there that will do this without breaking the bank.

This will be in a factory setting... I am helping build a station for curing UV epoxy.
Whatever it is I just typed... could be wrong.

You will want to build a timer circuit kinda like this one:

You will need different resistance and capacitance values as that circuits is designed to create 3 round burst fire on automatic electric airsoft guns so it only runs for a fraction of a second.
