I also just received my tracking number, can't wait to put my mmp, tekin pro4 4000kv in this chassis. I am fairly new to this hobby, I have traxxas big bore shocks, all rpm components. I currently run 50w all around with heavy swaybars front and rear. Anyone have any ideas for setups with the new chassis. What was used on the prototype. I currently am practicing indoor. Thx guys

this is going to be a very fun build i am so glad i was in on this. so glad i live in cali really close to walnut ca. 30min away i guess. again ty wyd and steve i will be very proud to drive this chassis next to the others and smiling all the way .

The new chassis's are showing up. Nice to see them being posted. Other companies must be worried as they are now resorting to posting false information on their personal threads. If you have to put down another companies products that speaks highly for your character.

I'm actually in Pa about 1 1/2 hours from Philadelphia in Harrisburg Pa. I normally race at Bumps and Jumps R/C (have a huge oval dirt oval race in 2 weeks with already 400 pre entries). You can watch our live feed we have on the website. I also race at ECH in Virginia, The Track in Maryland and many others around the area. I run mainly offroad now when not working at my buddies hobby shop but also run touring cars, dirt oval and ocassionally fly a plane or heli. I also do testing for Castle Creations on the first Sidewinders, SV2 version and the Mamba Max Pro and the 1/18th Scale Mamba Pro setup. Ran many of older prototype dirt oval cars in the past. I ran for many of companies in the past but down to Castle Creations and STRC along with Bumps and Jumps. I ran for Schumacher for many of years on and off from 1998 to 2006ish or so until touring cars slowed in my area and some offroad buggy as with with my Cougars. Man thats going back. Lol

Steve posted some great pics with the online directions that he has up. More to come but it is easy enough to build off what is posted. Only take an hour ir so if you already have you Slash torn down and around 2 if you have to tear down and put on the new chassis.

If u took the motor out and left on the mount how much room is it to the bottom? What is the largest battery pack that fits? Seems like a hugh dissapointment so far. We have open sct classes here where anything goes

yessir yessir...easier to just strip and leave it be, cause if i paint it black itll end up rubbing off eventually anyways. white/black matches anything.

^^^^i was going to ask the same thing, im sure its the strc one. i ordered the same one with my chassis too. did it take out the slop the stock setup has?

Should my center diff move back and forth? It only has the one bearing that goes into the motor mount right? In the middle of putting it together so any help would be great.
