Here's the video I did a little over a week ago. Just huge jumps with a merv, and a few jumps by a Slash 4x4. I figured it belongs here, since much of the video consists of the mini revo. Enjoy!
Nice video Carbon!
Ur pretty good with the throttle/brake control
Always a good day when your done for the day in one piece
Thanks Daddy! lol There were some very hard landings/hits, the video shows a few of them. The backflip over the black spikey fence was done in one shot. I had a plain jumping run at it once before that and I crashed. You should check out my other videos around that time, you'll enjoy them. Same goes out to all of yall. I'm going for another bash sometime this week, I plan on going just as big, if not bigger, but in a different spot.
Awesome video! You have inspired me to new heights!
Pun intended

E-Maxx 3903 - He Lives!
What kind of camera system did you use?(
Impressive... and nothing broke? IMPRESSIVE!
Wow, pretty insane, brake much?![]()
nice flip off the garbage can back onto it...
Extended P2de and Mini Summit
that is abuse! Im surprised it lasted!
I used a GoPro HD Hero 960 for the whole thing, and all my videos. Makes for a good perspective. Many of those crashes, like the ones that clear the wall were very difficult as I'm landing the truck blind around 100ft away.
Running parts (What was used in the video):
RPM: Front Bumper, F+R A-Arms, 4x Axle Carriers
Hitec: HS-85MG Servo with modded servo arm
Proline: Dirt Hawg II Tires
Golden Horizons: Front Shock Mount
HPI: Ultra 5 2.2 Wheel
Traxxas: 4x Alum Pushrods, and 1x Alum Turnbuckle (lol), Mod body posts to 1/10 posts.
2s 2200mAh 25C
JConcepts: Illuzion Hi Flow 1/16
Deans: Connectors
Spektrum: DX3.0 Radio
Lunsford: Titanium (short) Hinge pins (2)

Best jump video I've ever seen, hands down!
Pictures of filming two days ago, it was only me jumping and we didn't get enough footage as the sun was going down, but we'll get more of some sick action!
Whoever is controlling the camera, does an incredible job! I watched all the RC vids on your channel, that pole you guys use, make it so much cooler!
Looking forward to your next vids! =)
bet with a much taller and steeper ramp you could get some crazy height
Rustler Killing Bandit
Yea, we take turns, but mostly it's my friend that takes control. When the revo is going, it's him doing it and he does a great job! We got a good-sized crowd when we went to jump this storage container, it was at a local elementary school and there were parents and their kids playing in the evening, and all the kids and dads practically came running over to watch and ask questions. LOL My mission is to clear the whole thing. The other day when we first attempted it, I got 3/4 of the length covered. My rear diff is acting up at the moment as well, so I lacked the ability to get up to speed as quickly. Nothing broke either. I did, however had the screws on my front pushrods come 'undone' and the body got fresh cracks...it's good to go again though.
The sound was intense when I was jumping in the picture, the ramp is pretty steep, and it would just SLAM and launch over 12ft high.

awesome vid =] i lovee the 4wd drifting on dirt lol
Thanks nil, the drifting always comes out well on video in slow motion. haha
Well, there is gonna be no more Slash 4x4 in our videos. My friend got a new 1/16 Summit VXL and that will be the new addition to the videos. I will be doing the same ol' big jumps as in my previous videos and the Summit will show a different, more calm side of our runs. Unfortunately, we're going to be getting some rain soon and that will push back our additional filming. Stay tuned!
Awesome vids. Im teaching myself to edit currently. It takes a long time. Props for all the hard work.
Modded to the Max
Drive it like its Hot
Thank you so much, haha. It sure is alot of work, but it's well worth it. I'm just glad everyone appreciates the quality that results from my input. Many times, when I jump (noticeable in the videos) I like to stand the revo up vertical in the air, or jump 'inverted' with the truck upside down moving wing-first. It makes for a flashy jump.
Yeah I noticed those jumps, very very cool!
UPDATE: Here's my new video. New location and new trucks, hope you like it! If you don't mind, please like/comment or share this video!...
Amazing video man! A lot of abuse lol but very impressive
Yes, I guess it qualifies as abuse...but it feels good when you're successful and you land your jump.
Found a new way to film some stuff, and the reach of this telescopic pole I found in my garage will put it in some perspective. Here are some pics when I was trying to see what kind of height it had...

Well, I made a new video. I know it doesn't contain any merv's, but it's an argument of the same chassis. I figured that many people on here don't know what goes on in the 1/16 Summit forum, well since this thread is on my videos, I'll give you guys the option to view my latest. It's the longest of the past videos, I've made, and that in NO way means that it's less worthy of watching. Here you go!
Great job to the camera man
Good editing also
I worked the camera 100% this time as my friend was driving. Used a very long pole (~16ft) for the GoPro, worked out pretty well.
