well i did alittle work to my revo this weekend , dyed the chassis and servos , wheelie bar , hpi phatlines ,tekno swaybar kit ,red bulkhead brace, and made a gearing change . hope you like the pics
sorry the pics are so big
Looks nice man!
ERBE, MERV BB
looks clean! good job!
thanks guys still have more to do but its all i could get done on this truck
The blue bearing seals, dust boots and motor mount are really killing the truck. Do something about this fool
Sl4sh mmp2400 - savage flux hp XL - vorza flux hp
Just started on a build. Nice to know there is an example to follow!
whoops 1 to many launches
yatzee
Your build looks good...I like the red look
Stripped spur gears...enough to make you you.
Rock n Rolla !
how are you setting the gear mesh?? I do the feel method, & check it in several spots around the gear........
Would you go flip my truck back over??
i love died chassis
it was a little loose, i do it by feel too. but i was doing full throttle launches on 6s it was so much fun this morning right up until it broke lol. i have the truck really close to being dialed in . truck has slight on power understeer , and plenty of speed
got a new servo for the truck today its an spectrum s8000 306oz at .11 transit @6v this should do for a single servo up grade also got an aluminum servo arm from losi . i also got stock revo 3.3 front and rear bumpers ,im not sure what imgoing to do for a body yet
Should have gone with the Radiopost Torque servo that I got, it's red.![]()
lol i could have got a jr 9100t or ds8711 but didnt feel like spending that much money today
I got two JR Z9100Ts for $100 fresh from a factory refurb and now they are going to get kicked to the curb as I got a sweet deal on another pair of brand new ones. JR Z9100HVT and JR Z9100HVS, both for $200. I really like the Z9100HVT, have it in my on road ERBE and was building my off road ERBE with a pair of the JR Z9100T's for 740oz of torque!
Just dyed a new chassis I picked up for cheap from an ebay chop shop auction. Took longer than expected and still not really impressed with the outcome. I was expecting it to be more black than it is. Has a purple tinge to it in contrast to the stock black parts. Cant complain though as I got the chassis with the battery doors, servo guards, battery vents and shock towers still on it for $8.
Decisions, decisions!
new servo and horn

I reject your reality and substitute my own!
