Just got my engine in from RB MODS. Cant wait to see it run. Its a modded Picco boost 5tr .28 and if anyone is looking to get a engine modded I highly suggest RB he is very professional. He has answered every question I have asked him. And had the engine to me within a week.

Here is a Bumble Bee (daughter name it...)
Needs a better engine mount but I think it's coming along fairly well.

Finally done and installed a stack.
Got myself a Revo3.3 after leaving the RC hobby scene for a long while (almost a decade). Used to have a T-Maxx 3.3 and recently picked up a Revo3.3 for myself and a Stampede for my daughter.
Broke it in just fine and then on the sixth tank I noticed the slipper clutch was pretty loose. Went to tighten it a bit and found the pads obliterated (didn't have it on WOT outside the break-in).
Emailed support to hopefully send me a rebuild kit at no charge. Will see.

Behold the Warthog (Aluminum Body Panels Step-by-step)
Light gauge galvanized steel sheet metal for fastener tabs (hvac ductwork from lowes):
1/8" bit w/ a press board to hold the material secure:
Strips were cut with a Dremel rotary tool (poor man option), cut tab lengths w/ tin snips as needed to suit your roll cage members, my roll cage required 2 sizes, sanding & grinding required to remove sharp edges:
Pinch the tabs around the roll cage members w/ needle pliers while maintaining hole alignment w/ your standard hex tool. Finish pinching the tabs with some bull nose pliers while applying a slight twisting motion for extra tight fit (not shown).
Aluminum Sheet Panel Mock-up. I used .016" thick but I think next time I will use .032" for replacement panels. Use masking tape to hold panels in place while you mark the holes for drilling. Create a numbering system for your panels so you don't get them screwed up, I numbered all mine on the bottom so I know which side is up, etc. My roll cage is not perfectly symmetrical:

Mark your panel holes w/ a fine tip sharpy through the pre-made tabs for perfect alignment. Use an awl to pilot your 1/8" hole drilling:
Airbrush:
Assembly:
Intentionally disregard some tab work to create access panel hinges for glow plug stick, refuel, etc. I can also tune my high speed needle through the roof hatch. I also needed an extra hole for the antenna tip 3/8" (???). Also a slot for the fuel cap pull:
