Gravedigger 4wd brushless gearing ?

Just wondering what would you all recomend for the gearing? in me e revo it has 28/50 and i know the summit is 16/50,,,,the stock digger big block brushed gearing is 23/55. thanks for the help.

It would probably need to be along the lines of the Summit gearing.

16/50 is brushless summit stock....
you can also do 11-17/55
anything else isnt recommended on the VXL with the large tires

17 pinion probably easiest as you won't have to change the spur.

so i dont have much for gears i had to order some but for now it has 18/50.... i wonder should i put the 55 t back in for now?

if you put the 55 back in, you will have more gears to choose from...with the 50, only the 16 is recommended and I dont think the smaller gears will reach with the 50 on it....I could be wrong as I dont have those gears to try right now

18 50 was too much for the stock 1200 i think the truck fell on its face also. Im at 17 50 but going to get the 55 spur and some pinions for the snow bashing

ok, i put the 55t spur back in with an 18t pinion, seems to act normal on the hardwood floor.
