you can use the velcro tape mod or just the electrical tape one. just put some of elec tape around your center shaft till it almost cover the hole.... not too much. you dont want any binding there

for the velcro mod youll need the loop side.... and same thing youll need to roll it up around the center shaft with the loop side around the shaft. enough to seal the hole and not to much to cause any binding. but you ll need to glue it in the chassi this time.

I will be doing the slipper clutch upgrade too. Except I used the hot racing unit. My question is about the other parts you have in your picture?
Traxxas 5351 & 5352R? Do I need these parts to complete install or were these items an upgrade as well? Thanks

Ok. So I think I understand how this works. I believe if you were to see the the hub that the pads attach to on the bottom of trx15gp you would see it has 12 holes to affix 2 sets of 5352r pads. The question then becomes do you use aluminum, steel or graphite pads? Long or short? So many options. So I guess you have to decide between the full metallic pad and steel plate on the trx15ex06 or the aluminum set up with any combination of the pads mentioned above for the trx15gp clutch

i decided to go back with the 2400kv motor.. instead of the 2200kv....
already have my x01 for onroad speed runs...
and now i bought the et3s combo because i cant find a rebuild kit for my old motor....
made some serious mod with the et3s esc.... now its all waterproof and it has a genuine castle creation software. it is now a momba max pro and it can run up to 6s and all the castle creation options and programming....

also extended the esc wire so i can run the wire the way i want.
plasti dipped it for waterproofing. white silicon for the led...

You replied to a 2.5 year old post. Better start a fresh thread next time. You might get a Castle Mamba Max Pro or the newer Mamba X. Probably a different price tag, but if there are no ET-3s available....
    Nobody is born with experience
