took apart my 2400kv motor and found out it doesnt really work well with water.... front bearing was stock and its all rusty inside....
i think i need to get a new power system.
    .all waterproof
.same torque or better with the 2400kv motor
    .same or more speed
    .same or lower temp
.and also with a waterproof esc better than what i have now...
    not that pricey....

    any suggestion?

All you need is a waterproof esc like the hobbywing sc8 120a and runs 2-4s or the castle mm2 if money's no object dude and both will keep your 2400kv monster happy......peace

thanks dude.... the mm2 2200kv motor is made waterproof. but needs to be on 4s... as they said its the sweet spot for it....

and installing the mm2 combo will need to put the esc to the reciever's spot and reciever to the esc's spot.
if ill be usingbhobbywing esc i gues it will fit. but. i want to have a waterproof cc system on my p4de. . .

ok so after two 17mm convertion.
mip and traxxas xo-1 i decided go back to 12mm. since i know how to make it bulletproof.... i just like how simple i can take off my my tires when ever i want to clean and maintain my p4de. and also the monter truck profile of tires...and tire balloonings.... 17mm convertion is good. giving the truck wider stance and no striping worries....

If your not running a bec with that servo then your not getting full potential out of it and at 7.4v its as fast as the traxxas with 50 more oz of torque
Why is common sense so..... uncommon?

One thing that makes a HUGE difference to my Traxxas Big Bores is RPM‘S 2 Stage Shock Pistons Can also read more on RPMs Page

Requires a little modification to get them to fit into the smaller shock bodies, as they sre designed for the ultras but a little dremmel work and they are easily installed.

I also put together a little tutorial on how to install them Here on my Slash MT Build Page they allow more shock fluid to flow in one direction. Allowing you to run heavy shock oil for more dampening, but rebound like a much lighter oil. Did wonders for me. I run them in ALL my trucks now.

I run my big bores with the 20%+ progressive springs and 50wt oil all round with a few shock pre load clips and it handles sick on and off road with some huge jumps just for giggles....peace
