Knowlwdge that I was able to glean while researching my build was that stainless hardware was much too soft for bashing, and should be avoided. Maybe others can chime in.

Stock hardware if as long as you spray some dry silicone lube over them it will keep rust freebeen doing it for over two years and still all good....peace

RCscrews tend to be soft. Tony's Screws are better

Man thats a good paint job dude and i can tell you if you have shoe gooed and dry wall taped that shell well it will last i am rock it at the mo and its taking a sweet kicking and comes back for more ....peace

Looks top. Tip for the light bar....Make sure your shell has no chance of flexing and hitting the wires. I eventually lost all four lights. They are connected in two series. I have had to get new LED's and re-solder. This time I trimmed the lowered shell and duct taped the wires to better protect it.

No probs. I run the 50's pede shell. When that eventually crumbles I think I'll get the 70's like you. Nice looking truck and apparently more durable than mine. The 50's shell seems crack a lot near the cab. More tape and glue than lexan these days.

Haha. Just had to buy another lipo as mine are swelling. Just used my only spare A arm so need some rpms....the shell is way down my list. :-)

I somehow destroyed my front differential so I decided to go heavy duty and installed the XO-1 diffs in both front and rear.
