I have a traxxas slash and I did some speed runs geared at 23/86 around 27 mph it starts to get squarely have toe In and the knob on the controller all worked out it has big bore shocks on it and a 12 t Titan motor
What's the problem here?
You saying you don't have handling?
Slash 2wd, Slash 4x4, 30th digger, Rustler VXL
I'm not even turning the wheel and its getting sideways around 30. I drag race the 30 mph is nothing for me...
I'm used to doing 130 mph in a 1/8 mile at 5.30
At 27 mph that titan is stretched as far as that rubber band can stretch. At higher speeds they can be hard to handle.
At 50 mph they get a mind of their own,the slash wasn't made for speed,it's a short course truck, hears a pic of one of my castle's set with Robinson hardened spur and pinion,12-56 32p,,It will run about 30 mph,but gets there in about 2 seconds.

This is just a traxxas in a rpm case.
130 in the1/8 is quick,my best is 7.36 at 167 in the 1/4,here's a pic of that run,the motor let go 40 foot from the traps,on it's second season.

Haha a locally guy bout a Jerry Bickel 2011 dodge advenger 762 sonny he only turns it 6800 and it runs 4:50 he has over 299,99 In it he is selling the car because he supposibly blacking out at launch.
And your car looks good
So sorry man my grandma did last summer
Yea she is still alive but her right arm is perailized
My left side is not 100% but i can use it. I still run the car now and then. I just cant run it to its full potential, and or a real event.
But that's OK too,my life time goal was to brake into the 7 second 1/4 mile bracket, and It might have just been once, but i did it. 7.36 at 167 mph.
I'm good, now I race rc trucks on a short course. Talk about going from a to z,lol.

Billy, if my memory serves me right you are only 53. Tough having a stroke that young. Stay healthy and I imagine racing our trucks keeps you young and busy. Take care of yourself and I always appreciate your posts I have learned a lot.
Thanks,I'm really doing fine,I just wish I could get that 7 second 1/4 mile rush again. But like I said, that was my goal and I made it.
My Dad died at 55,just two years older then me,But he had other things wrong.
I plan on being around a long time yet. And I'm leap's and bound's ahead of where they said id be at this point.I'm to stubborn to go yet.And my throttle finger is getting steadier by the day.
