    2.8 Wheels and Tires

    Hello all.
I am already running 2.2 HPI rims with Canyon AT tires from the 1/16 Summit.
I've been really impressed with the added traction and width of the rig but I still tend to roll alot (no where near as much as stock). I blame it on both my driving style and sorta on the rounded tread area of the Canyon AT tire. My area of running the car is also no geared towards the Canyon AT tires. I am doing 75% of my driving on road and 20% on gravel (5% other).

So the other day, I was browsing the web and found this tire and rim combo and better yet, on a MERV.

J Concepts Rulux 2.8 and G Loc tires.

I really like the looks of the tire. What do you think?

Looks more like street tires. How heavy are they?
Ever think about a sway bar?

That's the same tire/wheels setup my son has on the back of his Bandit.
    They are nice.
We are doing a Rustler conversion on his and once we are done we are getting a second set for the front.
Once we get them...I'm gonna give them a try on my BB Merv just for the heck of it.
But I'm buying a set of HPI Split 5 black wheels(whenever I can find a set) with Proline Speed Hawg tires for the Merv.

Thanks for mentioning the sway bar kit 50togo. I'll be ordering 3 kits soon.
