yeah less then 24hrs and the 100 packs spc put online should be gone. Thats a hour left. I think. darn daylights saving time. and wolf slash I think we all just win by getting the spc packs. its nice to have a company that will go the extra mile any way they can. Traxxas always does.me.right too

I'll bet they will be gone by midnight, or noon tommorow.

I was about to order another pair but a friend had decided this morning to unload almost all of his RC stuff so I bought his 4S and 3S batteries and a bunch of other stuff
I'll be running my Summit with the 8200's along with my new Trencher-X's this coming weekend.
I ran the batteries this past weekend and after 40 minutes of bashing, they were only down to 3.9v

Mine are charged for tomorrow but I haven't had time to clear room in the battery compartments yet and cut open the rear vents for the connector. So y'all know what I'm doing tomorrow!

How many did you order?

I ordered two batteries, and they got shipped using USPS.

Maybe the USPS is quicker than UPS?

Ya, I live in Utah, so that could be closer.

I only ordered 2, yeah i'm pretty sure Utah is closer. Just sucks though because it is 70F and the sun is out here.

Just ordered 2 myself! Used their 6000mah batteries for the past year and was very happy with those, looking forward to having the 8200's! Also ordered 4 2500's for a MERV that I'm about to buy.

So my lipos came in today and there was 5 one dollar bills in the box. Apparently i was overcharged for shipping. Needless to say SPC now has a customer for life.

How do i discharge my Lipos? I have a Hitec x1 - This is my first set of lipos and they are awesome i used it for about 40mins then i saw my motor go up in smoke, have a dewalt on the way but till then - how do i discharge my lipos ive read that its very important to discharge batteries when putting away for more than 2 days - thanks

By chance I ordered 4 batts ( 2 pair) but on separate days. 3 day deliver via USPS. If I had ordered all 4 one the same day ( via UPS) I may still be waiting.

Your Charger ( if it is a good one) should have " storage mode" which will automatically discharge your batts to around 3.8 volts

Curious, what's the mod for the 2wd pede to make those fit?

If its like the emaxx than the plastic battery hold down can be replaced with one that is bent upward to allow for a taller battery.

Removal of the curved ribs on the bottom of the tray (a mod for all square-edged packs) if the chassis still has them, and removal of the chassis bulkhead wall under the ESC/Rx mount & forward of the mount screws. The mount and battery hold-down will still need to be raised, either with p/n 3725X or some homemade method.

The Tracking said it was estimated to deliver today, but all it says is it has departed from Portland. I just hope they get here before Spring Break starts on Friday!

dont worrie your not the only one waiting for there' lipos. my address was not matching the credit card so i had to send a money order. tom and his wife were a great help the whole time. i hopfuly get my two tomorrow. taking my charger to work... gotta check them out on a nite run

I shipped mine USPS cause it was cheaper in my case. If they are really behind on tracking, I might just have a surprise in the mailbox when I get home from school. Time will Tell!

Ordered mine on Wednesday last week and Tom shipped them on Friday morning received them from UPS on Tuesday. Im in Colo and dont know if that makes a difference.
